Possibility of exchange or return of goods

The laws of the Czech Republic state the possibility of returning goods purchased via means of long-distance communication (conclusion of a distance purchase contract) without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased goods (it does not fully meet your requirements), we offer you the option of exchanging the goods. The goods will be exchanged by mutual agreement and after sending the goods (or after personal delivery) to the address of the office - Běloveská 187, 547 01 Náchod.

To exchange goods, please use this form, which you also received with your order.

The goods must be delivered intact, as received from the seller and able to be resold. We recommend that the documents received during the sale, such as the invoice, warranty card and others, be delivered together with the goods. It will make it easier for us to carry out the whole process of exchanging goods flawlessly.

Warranty

In case that the goods you received from us are defective, non-functional or damaged, report the detected defects to the seller as soon as possible by e-mail to the address shop@acepac.cz, or by phone. At the same time, we ask you to fill in the Complaint Form. In the form, please fill in your preferred method of transport in the box for other additional information at the bottom of the form. Send the printed form together with the product to the address of the office - Běloveská 187, 547 01 Náchod.

  • The customer is obliged to complain about a defective product immediately after discovering the defect. This applies to both online and offline purchases.
  • Defective or damaged goods will be replaced or repaired by mutual agreement and after sending the claimed goods to our address at the sender's expense.
  • The goods must be delivered complete as received from the seller. They must be dry and clean. If the item arrives dirty or incomplete, it will be sent back with a shipment charge.
  • We recommend attaching all the documents that the buyer received with the goods, i.e. invoice, warranty card and others. Photocopies will do.
  • Don't forget to include your contact for any clarification.
  • Your claim will be processed within 30 days. We will inform you about the settlement.
  • If you do not pick up the goods within 2 months from the day we received them, you will be charged a storage fee of 5 czech crowns per day.
  • The seller does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the operation of the products, functional properties and damages from unprofessional use of the products, as well as damages caused by external events and incorrect handling. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty provided.
  • The warranty period is indicated for each product, min. 24 months.
  • The warranty period for the service provided is 3 months
  • The warranty period for spare parts is 24 months
