Fuel Bag XL MKIII is a spacious 2 L frame bag for snacks, a phone, tools, electronics and other gear you want to keep easily accessible while riding. With a length of 40 cm, it offers significantly more storage space than the smaller Fuel Bag M and L models and is ideal for bikepacking, all-day rides and longer trips.

Durable Nylon Robic with a PU coating rated to 1,500 mm H₂O is complemented by two water-resistant YKK zippers. The padded perimeter helps protect the contents, while four internal mesh pockets and an adjustable Velcro divider keep your gear organised.

With a maximum capacity of 2 L, Fuel Bag XL is the largest model in the Fuel Bag MKIII range. Its elongated shape makes efficient use of the space along the frame and provides room not only for snacks and small essentials, but also for tools, a power bank, electronics and additional gear.

Two zippers for quick access

The bag is accessed through two water-resistant YKK zippers. The sliders are connected by a Hypalon loop, allowing both zippers to be operated simultaneously with one hand.

The long opening also makes it easier to reach gear stored in the middle and rear sections of the bag without having to remove the entire contents.

Four mesh pockets and an adjustable divider

The spacious interior includes 4 mesh pockets for separating tools, electronics, energy gels and other smaller items. The bright lining makes it easier to see the contents, even in low light.

The main compartment also features an adjustable Velcro divider, allowing you to separate the interior and adapt it to the gear you carry. It helps keep the contents in place and reduces unwanted movement while riding.

Side pockets for snacks and small essentials

Two external side pockets provide quick-access storage for energy bars, gels and other small items. Once used, they can also hold empty wrappers without mixing them with the rest of your gear.

Frequently used items therefore remain accessible without opening the main compartment.

Padded construction and durable Nylon Robic

The main material is Nylon Robic with a PU coating rated to 1,500 mm H₂O, combining low weight with good abrasion resistance. The perimeter of the bag is padded, helping protect the contents while also supporting the shape of the bag.

The bottom and front contact areas are reinforced with Hypalon for increased durability in high-stress areas and to help keep the bag stable on the frame.

Long adjustable straps for different frames

Fuel Bag XL MKIII attaches using long Velcro straps that can be adjusted to suit different frame tube diameters. If necessary, excess strap length can be trimmed.

This makes it possible to adapt the attachment to a wide range of frames and position the individual straps according to the specific bike.

Option to bolt the bag directly to the frame

The bottom of the bag also features mounting holes for direct attachment to a compatible frame. If your bike has suitable mounting points, this can reduce the need for lower straps and create a cleaner setup.

Water-repellent, not waterproof

Nylon Robic with a 1,500 mm H₂O PU coating and water-resistant YKK zippers help protect your gear from light rain, splashing water and dirt.

The bag is not designed to be fully waterproof. During prolonged or heavy rain, we recommend protecting your phone, electronics and other moisture-sensitive equipment in a separate waterproof pouch.

Fuel Bag M, L or XL?

The Fuel Bag M MKIII with a capacity of 0.8 L is the most compact option for basic essentials. The Fuel Bag L MKIII with a capacity of 1.2 L offers more storage while remaining compact.

Fuel Bag XL MKIII provides 2 L of space and more advanced internal organisation. It is ideal if you want to carry more gear on the frame and make use of four mesh pockets and an adjustable internal divider.
