Acepac Fat Bottle Bag MKIII - 1 L handlebar bag for a wide-mouth bottle, food and essentials

Fat Bottle Bag MKIII is a lightweight and versatile 1 L handlebar bag designed for a wide-mouth one-litre bottle, snacks or other gear that you want to keep within easy reach while riding. Positioned next to the stem, it provides quick access without having to open larger bikepacking bags.

Thanks to its wider shape, the bag fits bottles such as the Pinguin Tritan Fat Bottle 1000 ml and other similarly sized wide-mouth bottles. It can also carry food, a compact camera or other essentials. If you prefer a smaller and narrower bag for a standard cycling bottle, choose the Bike Bottle Bag MKIII.

1 litre of easily accessible storage

The 1 L capacity gives the Fat Bottle Bag more space than the smaller Bike Bottle Bag while keeping frequently used items close at hand.

It works well not only as a bottle holder, but also as a small feed bag for snacks, gloves, a compact camera or other gear you may want to reach quickly during the ride.

• capacity: 1 L
• weight: 60 g
• diameter: ø 10 cm
• height: approximately 14.5 to 19 cm

Acepac Fat Bottle Bag MKIII with front pocket and drawcord closure

Made for wider one-litre bottles

Fat Bottle Bag MKIII is designed for wider one-litre bottles, including the Pinguin Tritan Fat Bottle 1000 ml and bottles with dimensions similar to the classic wide-mouth Nalgene format.

The wider body also makes the bag useful when you want to carry more food or slightly bulkier items instead of a bottle.

The bottle is not included.

Quick access while riding

The open upper design with a drawcord closure allows quick access to the contents while keeping the bottle or gear more securely inside when riding over rough surfaces.

This makes the Fat Bottle Bag particularly useful for food, drinks and other items that you want to reach frequently throughout the day.

Adjustable attachment to the handlebars and stem

The position of the hook-and-loop straps can be adjusted to suit different handlebar and stem setups.

An additional lower strap with a Duraflex buckle runs towards the fork crown and creates a three-point mounting system that helps stabilise the bag while riding.

Before every ride, make sure the bag and its contents do not interfere with the brake or shift levers and do not place excessive pressure on cables or hydraulic hoses.

Durable and lightweight Nylon Robic

The main material is lightweight and durable Nylon Robic with a PU coating rated to 1,500 mm H₂O. It helps protect the contents from light rain, splashing water and dirt.

The bag is not designed as a fully waterproof drybag. During prolonged or heavy rain, moisture-sensitive equipment such as electronics should be protected in a separate waterproof pouch.

Bright lining for better visibility

A bright internal lining makes it easier to see the contents of the bag, especially when you use it for smaller items or food rather than a bottle.

This simple detail is particularly useful when reaching into the bag during a ride and looking for smaller pieces of gear.

Straps designed to stay in place

The polypropylene straps have a textured surface that helps reduce slipping through the buckles and maintain the selected adjustment.

High-stress seams are reinforced with Bartack stitching, while thicker polyester threads are used to increase the strength of the construction.

Fat Bottle Bag or Bike Bottle Bag?

Choose the Fat Bottle Bag MKIII if you want to carry a wider one-litre bottle, more food or bulkier essentials. Its larger diameter and 1 L capacity provide more usable space.

For a standard cycling bottle or a narrower 650 ml bottle, the smaller Bike Bottle Bag MKIII is the more compact option.
